When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 68 per day.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Halekulani of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Food and beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), make sure you're booking this property in accordance with the destination's local government guidelines, including (but not limited to) the purpose of travel and maximum group size. Spa/wellness center is closed from Mon, Oct 09, 2023 until Wed, Apr 24, 2024 Hotel’s SpaHalekulani & Premier Suite modernization project will take place from January 8, 2024, to the end of April 2024. As the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority, we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience. Please know that the hotel will remain open, and we will be offering our full range of services, including spa treatments throughout the dates of the project. Work will take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm) and will be limited to a designated area of the hotel.
